Synthetic Turf International Attends 2006 PGA Fall Expo

October 8, 2006, Jupiter, FL—Synthetic Turf International (“STI”), a global synthetic turf supplier and installer of premium synthetic surfaces, attended the 2006 PGA Fall Expo held at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The PGA Fall Expo attracted global golf industry leaders, drawing more than 4,100 attendees and over 350 exhibitors.  Additionally, the Expo provided attendees with educational seminars, product demonstrations, special events and networking opportunities.

STI President Bill Campbell stated, “Participation in an event such as this is invaluable.  Trade shows provide a preview of what’s currently happening in the golf industry and allow us to see where it’s headed.  Knowing these trends ultimately allows us to better serve our customers.”

Prior to the show many exhibitors purchased and utilized STI putting greens to display their golf-related products.   A number of putter manufacturers exhibiting at the show utilized products by STI.  Vendors and manufacturers chose to have their putters demo’d on the best and most realistic synthetic turf in the industry.
